The whole purpose of study is to do Mitzvot. As the Arizal taught us that every person will have to be reincarnated till he completes all 613 commandments. The Alter gives an example as we know there is energy that created from Action, Speech & Thought. In thought there is 3 levels of energy source Thought, Speech or action. When one talks & does not think where does the energy come from so the person must have thought of this before as the energy has to come from some where as we see that all energy comes from the higher world from the level of נהי״ם.
