When Achdus Hashem / Unity being based on faith we are not bringing it down into our practical & personal lives. How do we internalize Achdus Hashem? Thru Studying Torah with the maximum time possible with a minimum of a chapter in the morning & evening this way you become guest house for the Divine oneness that will bring you to great joy. How does the minimum amount of Study effect the whole day. 1. By taking on a resolution that you will study as much as you can with any free time you have & Hashem considers a resolution as if you actually did the study. 2. By giving charity a tenth or a fifth you elevate all that you earned thru out the day. 3. The Torah study that you do elevates your whole day. What ever level of Simcha or Joy that you are you can at the same time be broken hearted over your lack of inspiration & the two are not a contradiction as the broken hearted is coming from your body & the joy from the soul.
